I’m a UI/UX designer, design thinker, & pixel pusher.
I use my background in design thinking, basic front-end knowledge, and visual design to build user-focused solutions that meet business goals.

About
I have a background in visual design, design thinking, storytelling, and basic front-end development knowledge. I’m formally trained from the York & Sheridan joint program in design (from the last cohort!).
Today, in my role at Pivotal and as a freelance UI/UX designer, I help find problems and turn complex ideas into intuitive, engaging products while bringing clarity to the process. I’m passionate about solving a good problem, learning, and honing my craft in design.
When I’m not thinking about or practicing my design craft, you’ll usually find me at an indie concert, teaching my dog new tricks, playing video games, or building Gundam models (among many more things).
My Design Philosophy
- Adaptive over rigid processes
I tailor my approach to be flexible while still producing quality results over a rigid structure.
- Balancing simplicity and complexity
I believe that the best design simplifies the complex without losing its depth.
- Design as a craft
Design is a craft rooted in curiosity, iteration, and lifelong learning.
